Graduated in Law by Basque Country’s University, and obtained the Advanced Studies Diploma, Competence Researcher by Barcelona’s University. During its career path practise as a lawyer specialized in Private International Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law and Family Law in national and international areas.

Combining professional practise with teaching career, imparting classes in different superior specialization courses about Family Law in Practise Law Schools and as an internships tutor in Barcelona Autonomous’ University. She has participated in the redaction of Gender Violence Protocol of Mataró’s Council and also as a member of different commissions of this organism. She has been counselling as a lawyer the following organisms: CIRD Mataró, Cáritas Interparroquial Mataró i SIDH Consell Comarcal del Maresme de la Agència d’Habitatge de Catalunya. She has been member of the Government of Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Mataró and president of Free Legal Aid comission of this college and also she has been a member of other commissions as mediation and of Equality Commission. Currently, she advises public law corporations in the area of social welfare and equality.

Author of specialized articles published in various legal journals and habitual lecturer in talks and sessions organized in collaboration with Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Mataró and el Consell de Col·legis d’Advocats de Catalunya.

Moreover, she has been member of Free Legal Aid Commission of Consell General de l’Advocacia Catalana and other commissions as the one of Human Rights of the cited organism. She is part of different specialized associations in Family Law at national level: AEAFA and PLATAFORMA FAMILIA Y DERECHO.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

The 12th of July 2015, the General Council of Spanish Law issued an Honorary Merit Diploma recognizing the realized labour working as in-court defence, just as the given dedication, in an exemplary way, to the Free Legal Aid service.

Master for Acces to Legal Profession by Pompeu Fabra’s University and Postgraduate Course in Litigation and Legal Practice in Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Granollers-Vallès Oriental (ICAVOR). Also, she has different courses of juridic specialisation in prestigious international universities such as Stanford University.

Specialized in Civil Law, Family Law and Criminal Law in national and international areas. She is fluent in four languages: Spanish, Catalan, French and English.
